High up on the facade of the service building Bagaren we find ”Bagarens attribut” (The baker’s Attributes). The art smith Jan-Olov Hilmersson from Skövde has created a baker’s hat, rolling pin, baking tray and a wheat bun made out of sheet metal, brass, iron and enamel. The title refers to both the name of the quarter and the service house that recieved its name after the block. In 1982 the artist received the Skövde Municipality culture stipendium.
