In 1907 the builder E.H. Larsson had this time typical apartment building made. It is made out of wood and has ten apartments in different sizes. The building is the only wooden house in the inner city with an Art Nuveau touch still preserved. The very well preserved house is time typically colored with a light yellow gray façade, green windows and a red tin roof.
